Warren Buffet, the second richest man in the world, is giving most of his $44bn fotune to the Gates Foundation, more than doubling its size.
You've got to think that now there is a single institution with $60bn whose goals are to reduce inequity and poverty while improving health care across the world, that has to be enough money to make a tangible difference, even if they all have to use Windows.

This is pretty cool. During the industrial revolution the rich helped build this country, it's heartening to see that the uber-rich of today are looking towards impoverished areas now that we're all set.
