Its wierd, I have a movie clip that is supposed to have the highest depth (this.getNextHighestDepth()*10). When you change to another frame it stays -_-; then when you go back to the frame that it was supposed to be in, there is an extra. It is not a duplicate movie clip. what is wrong with this? How do I stop it from doing that?

Ok, to see the bug that I am talking about, click start and right- click>rewind and see what I mean.
What happens is the gun stays on the screen. That is a no no....
