It's up now on newgrounds, check it out. Wish I had more time to work on it, just recently found out about the contest.
I did a majority of the artwork with Play-doh.
Ghoulish
I welcome any feedback, good or bad.

Clay GFX are a good idea and the game is ok ^^
Maybe a bit too slow and silent :/
yeah, I only found out about the contest a few days back. I didn't have enough time to get together original music.
the graphics were good but the game play got a bit boring after a while
The use of clay for modeling is innovative.
I liked it, needs more sound mayby, and it would be good if the arrow moved a bit faster, the clay is new and good, the game is great, a high score board would be nice but, not nessisary
Thanks for all the feedback.
I do agree the game is too slow and even.... boring.
Lack of music hurts the game too.
I'm gonna improve it some before moving on, I had more than a few ideas about how to make it more exciting -- just not enough time to implement them.
Things like making more ghouls and different methods of attack.
I also thought about doing away with rotation and just having you aim with the mouse. So more of a freestyle target shooting game. That way I could do some scaling in/out of attacking ghouls.
I had a friend send some music, but too late for my submission. That sucked.
Then.. I found out they extended the deadline to the 26th. So maybe possibly they'll let me resubmit with some of the changes I want to make.
How did you make that fog effect?
I tried something similar a while back but it didn't work out as well as that.
I made some solid blobbish white shapes, and then used the eraser to cut random holes in the shapes.
Next I applied a blur filter to these shapes.
The last step is to adjust the alpha so that the movieclip is somewhat transparent.
