[MX04] Has anyone seen a 'working' copy of Aria Danika's purple penguin game?

One of my customers wants to have a modified version of PacMan (i.e. different maze structures and graphics) for their web site, so i thought that would be a fairly easy thing to do and the deadline was set accordingly. But now that i've found that Paul Neave has taken down his source code, so it looks like i'll have to write my own clone, or at least a part of it...

i thought that the purple penguin game would be a nice thing to start with, i've looked thru the code, but it looks like the work files (.fla) are corrupted because MX04 tells me its an unexpected file format...
