Re-direct to internal flash page?

Wondering how to link from html based site...to a flash page.

Would like user to be directed to flash page, and still have option to navigate back & interact with flash site.
(Otherwise I would make seperate flash .swf...can't do that)

So I need to know:

1.) How do I link to internal Page?
2.) How am I naming & identifying these pages?
(Guessin: the internal page title is the scene title?)
3.) I am noticing different results on different browsers/computers...as in:
in some cases redirect works....others goes to preloader....my third
question is: What code will work across the board?
