Browser and screen res

Just a suggestion for your webmaster. Not everyone uses IE, there are a LOT of firefox users and your site doesn't look at all good plus is almost impossible to use in firefox. Also not everyone uses 1024x768 screen res. I know it is very possible to design for different screen resolutions. There is a huge percentage of non IE users out there and while 800x600 isn't as popular as it used to be there are still a LOT of users who prefer it. Why leave them out in the cold?
