[RESOLVED] Pimp my Avatar...am I going crazy?

I've always changed my avatar by going to the user cp, but I can't find it anymore? Has something changed??

not on mine...I have edit sig, edit email, edit profile, and edit options. edit avatar is gone!

I too noticed this.
Wanted to upload Argo's little doodle as my av, you get to the edit av screen, but are unable to upload a new image or update a new url - the fields are missing.

weird, seems to be there for me :confused:

I thought it was an issue with the skin I was using, so I changed to the traditional yellow & blue, didnt want to show up.
Not really too bothered though.

I'm not torn about it...just hoping I'm not crazy.

yep can see it in traditional yellow and blue here too... :)

Can't see it. I'm using the yellow as well. Not the first time this new board version is buggin' me. :(

I only have the first four options. If I click your avatar link, than I can delete my avatar, but not set a new one. Looks like I lost the avatar privileges during the update.

Ok.... now that's strange. Subby, for you I could see that since you used to be a mod and still have an 100 pixel avatar, that's a possible problem.

But for the original poster, no clue. I'm going to move this to the Feedback area so the Admins will see this... ok?

Thanks...it's not necessary. I've noticed a few changes on the site, so I assumed FK's going through a few changes and some bugs.

It should be straightened out hopefully soon.

While I do have the edit avatar link, I still dont see avatars at all nor do I have the quick post field at the bottom of a thread.

JP... any suggestions on this? Clearing cache didnt help, trying another computer didnt help, even logging in through a different ISP did nothing.

I do notice that these sort of issues seem to just go away in time, say two weeks to a month.

Hi guys,

I went into my CP today to see if I had the option to change my avatar, and now everything is all crazy... My cookie keeps being reset or something, because I have to log in every time I enter the forums, even though I click the remember me button. Also, I was using the Jambletan skin, and it keeps resetting itself back to fk yellow everytime I click on a thread. And... I don't have the option to change my avatar just like everyone else in this thread, so I jacked my stuff up for nothing it would seem.

Any idears?

It's kind of a shot in the dark, but have you guys tried logging out, dumping your FK cookies, then logging back in?
