iPhone camera shutter animation

I have been dabbling in flash for about 6 months now, I consider myself pretty good for what I have learned so far. I am interested in learning how to build some animations and I had an idea the other day.

For anyone who has an iPhone will know what I am talking about. When you take a photo with the camera it has a little shutter close/open effect. I wanted to attempt to duplicate this in flash and wanted to see if anyone knows of anything similar out there or would be willing to take a shot at it?

This is more for fun and learning, im not asking anyone to do this for any sort of project I have or anything like that :)
