Flash Blog?

I'm a little rusty with my flash skills but I am curious if anyone can just give me a quick idea of what is necessary to make a flash-based blog.

I'm actually trying to start writing a developer's blog too (aren't we all?). I would suggest getting Wordpress, a code syntax plugin, an SWF plugin, and letting yourself concentrate on the blogging rather than designing the blog interface. If you get one started, tell me - I'll blogroll you, and you can blogroll me. I'm interested to read the musings of newer Flash bloggers.

It's actually for a friend who wants to start a blog and wants to pay me some money to make it a flash only blog... My knowledge in this area is limited if any at all...

I think you shall see ThinkSwedish which is purely a flash blog. I don't know if you have already seen it or not. At least you can get some ideas.
