Can you add a general section for users of Captivate and Wildforms Flair, under the Product Support group?
The main problem with labeling a forum with "general" is that it gets bombarded with non-specific questions and thus becomes difficult to both moderate and develop a following. We do already have "Flash General Help" which if you give that forum a good look, you'll see what I mean.
