I am looking for someone who can make something like this: http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=9962. A simple face making program, so users of my site can create their own identity, It needs to be able to save the face to an image? if thats possible.

i need something similar however would need the whole body displayed but only the face needs to be able to be customised. I also need the avatar to be able to be turned around so to display the back as well if the user clicked a rotate button. Is this possible?
