Audio Fade In and Fade Out on rollOver and rollOut

Hi,

I have some audio that I need to fade in on an MC when rolled over and when rolled off fade out from that point. Could anyone help me with this?

I tried to fade in the audio from the sound file then tell it to fadeout on rollOut from a certain point but that sounded pretty bad. I'd like for it to fadeout from the point the user rolls out.

do you want the sound to fade back in on rollOver from the exact point it faded out, or from the beginning of the sound?

I'd like for the audio to be off when entering the page and when rolling over the object the audio would fade in. When the user rolls off the object the audio would fade out. It doesn't have to pick up where it left off. Thx.
