[CS3] Preloader

Is there any pre-loader example that load everything that exists in a Flash Project. What I mean is if it can load everything included all scenes and movie clips that exist in the flash project?

I ask for this question because I made a Flash project to run as a software and at the start is a little slow doing animations but after I see it all and made a play from the start and all the animation run faster then before.

So I would like to know if there is a pre-loader that load everything so that the animations runs faster.
