Scrollbar in iframe

I was able to get this far:
I built a site using a swf file controlling an iframe in my main page.

BUT-
My text is in Hebrew and therefore all the pages "start" from right to left..but the horizontal scrollbar opens automaticly from the left..which gives the user an annoying view of an half empty page.
As you can see here-

-the page opens to the "homepage" inside the iframe, which has NO horizontal scrollbar. But as soon as you click on the buttons on the right side of the page(the light yellow or green ones on dark green background), the scrollbar appears.( NOT all of the pages are uploaded to the web..i put it there only temporary with some webpages -just so one can see my problem)

Can anyone help me to find a way how to fix this?
