Flash Banner to display important messages

I would like to create a flash banner that will be displayed on several monitors, the user would go to the main computer and type in a message in a text file or html page and it would display the message in flash on multiple monitors.

I have CS3 flash and can set up a local server (HTML)

What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I have been able to make flash pull text from a text file but it only displays as text, I would like to use big letters and maybe have it scroll.

Any pointers or links would be great!
