Paper towel manufacturers are always touting their brand to be the "most absorbant ever," however I think they are now too absorbant. When cleaning something I can't really use a damp cloth on (environmentally friendly), I always spray the paper towel with cleaner first, then clean the item (recommended way to clean monitors, etc). Recently I've noticed that I have to spray multiple times just to get it damp because the paper towel is absorbing the cleaner. :p
Anyone else?
It also only takes about 2 sheets to explode and clog a toilet.
No, I wasn't using paper towels to do the duty of toilet paper! Just cleaning something and threw them in there without thinking about it.
Use a cloth...

I use a 3M microfiber cloth. Works great for anything with a display on it.
i have one of those on my golf bag. It's gone through tons of abuse over the 4 years I've had teh thing, and it looks brand new (and has never been washed). Best $20 i've ever spent on a towel.Quote:
