Good quality gifs

Hi, I have a problem. Whey I export gifs in flash i get some pixelated, bad quality images. Is there some way to get descent ones?. I make this question because when you submit flash content to newgrounds, they ask you for a 46x46 .gif image, and I've seen that almost no one has pixelated images like mine, some do but most are good quality. Any help is greatly appreciated :)

If you have Photoshop (with Imageready) or Fireworks try using those programs for animated gifs. If not go into Publish settings in Flash and change the options for your gif there. Hope this helps.
