Duck!

Long story short: There's a photo contest at work where we need put up our "Sweet duck photos" and I've been called out. So I dug into my stash and quickly cleaned up some duck shots. Here's the one's I'm entering.

#1 I see the blurred grass in the foreground :(
#2 the plant thing on the left is distracting
#3 the focal point seems to be on the water/rock line

Can't you just go out and take some new shots? ;)

I like second and third, first one is too washed out, third one can use some level tweaking to bring out the ducks, third one is nice, but crop the plant near the tail

I really like the second one. Agree with frets that the plant in the left is a bit distracting. Have you tried a cropped version?
