[MX] Help with button and page please

Hey all, im new to the forums and to flash, i'm making a site to show my portfolio work, i have learned how to make a basic flash site with 3 buttons that go to different frames when clicked.

the thing is i have designed my own layout in adobe photoshop, and want to import the images to flash then use them as buttons and background etc, when i play the finished product and when i put my mouse over the button it keeps flashing rappidly from the up to over and doesnt stop, im not sure what i need to do to fix it, any help is appreciated.
