One of these days, people are going to find out that Google is made of Soylent Green -- Brin and company have been sustaining the life of all their google-bots for years on it.

But they will forward your info on to a company who show's interest in developing it.

It looks like there will be compensation: link. They have a pool of ten million dollars. If one idea is chosen, that person gets all ten-million. If two ideas are chosen, then both ideas receive five-million each, so on and so forth.

I haven't read anything that says the money actually goes to the winner, just that it will be spent.

Well the nominees are up. Looks like my kinetic highway idea got over looked and yet public transpo airships did!? :(
The project suddenly doesn't look so selfless.
