Flash in ASP

I am trying to get my flash buttons and banners to work in ASP.
What must I tell the ASP programmer to do in order to get my .swf files to work?

Can they put a hyper link above the swf file and still get the swf file to play with it's roller over properties?

What is NOT working right now? Embedding a SWF has nothing to do with what language the server is using.
