Do I need a website to post images via the img tag or can I have an url linking to my desktop? Sorry if the question seems silly.
Host your images on something like http://img1.imageshack.us/ once you have uploaded they will give you the URL to use with the IMG Tag or if it is small enough add as an attachment.
