Need help with randomization!

Hi everyone. I haven't visited this board in a couple of years, but I'm an oldschool flasher. Unfortunately, when I say "oldschool", I mean "I haven't practiced in over four years." If you could offer me some help on a current project, I would appreciate it!

Here's what I want to do:
1. Have flash choose a random scene, play that scene.
2. The scene has a multiple-choice questionnaire, which saves the answer to a form.
3. Flash then chooses another random scene, excluding any scene it's already played.
4. When all scenes have been responded to by the user, a scorecard appears with their data.
5. The data is saved to a mysql databse.

I know it's a mouthful. If anyone could even offer suggestions on a small portion of this laundry list, I'd appreciate it! :)
