How can I build my skills?

Hello, I studied Flash in college and got a degree in imaging and digital arts. I got a good job out of college as a Multimedia Developer. The job is OK, but I barely ever use Flash. I do a lot of PHP / MySQL and video work, but little Flash. As a result, my Flash skills have atrophied. I need to put my flash skills back at the center of my skill set to position myself for the next step in my career.

So, I need some advice. What flash skills are people looking for right now? I feel like I haven't opened Flash in years. Do you all do projects on your own to stay sharp? and if so where do you get ideas and inspiration?
