That's very good and interesting. But it's gowing so fast that, even with youtube, one can't catch all of the manipulations.

edit: I want this tutorials to not only teach anime but teach the basics of flash drawing.
In fact, don't listen to me...I simply don't like anime.
But I just watched the vid to maybe actually be of use, and if I actually wanted to learn anime, then yes...it sometime's goes too fast. But most of the time I get what you're doing...
It's not a problem many people don't like anime they usually think all drawings look alike or something else.
So is it a better idea to make an extended version.
Wow, i really liked that.....that video is pretty good, but there is just too much to see at once, and also too fast(even the text popups are dissappering fast if i dont pause video!)
There are many people here like me, whose drawings are enough to give any type of artist, a heart attack! I myself can't even properly make a stick figure in flash let alone anime! So this type of drawing lesson is highly needed and appreciated!
I suggest making a series of this vids and take it from the basics....I will be one of the first to watch them!
Oh and in this vid, you switched tools with keyboard shortcuts....i know its good practice, but since we can't see your keyboard, sometime it gets confusing! Next time make the vid in normal speed, and split it in parts if you need to, and use the toolbar to change tools, or mention it when switching!

from the basics you mean circles?.. I was going to teach how to draw. anime eyes, hands, arms, legs, guys, girls, hair in flash. I will stick with that and upload them when ready.

that is not a tutorial about drawing
is just a video showing u can "anime" like characters
in flash.
not trying to only teach anime,
I'm also trying to teach how to use the tools in flash.
but yeah I'm not teaching how to draw anime that well
well i think most people here are self-taught and they learned through observation, so i believe we can also learn to draw if we can observe someone else's work step by step then practicing it ourselves!
BTW: Neverland, hurry up with the tutorial series! i am too excited too wait XD

I did the same several years ago on a anime/manga board posting flash anime vector drawing videos - flash has its advantages compared to illustrator and the died freehand mainly in the area of constructing complex shapes in short time.
