convert midi to PCM wav for flash?

how do you do it? Does anyone know how with winamp? I use winamp for my mp3 to wavs, but I have a midi I want to use and am having trouble finding the answer on how to convert a midi to pcm wav format.

I use winamp too , but i recently discovered total recorder..

it's free but you can only record about 40secs which is good as you get to try it out

Does it convert midis? How do I do it?

you should be able to convert anything to Wav format with that...check their online help/support page before you download
