This happened when buying my TV, some site like that. I looked more into it, and they are legit... but you get what you paid for. Looking around for reviews of the website I was looking at, I found one poor guy who had bought a Nikon from him, and found the manual was all in Japanese. ;)

Yeah we're just discussing the staff discount here in the office! Even with that no way I can get that 15mm f/2.8 fisheye at less that €500 :p

Why do you want the 15mm fisheye? Seems like an expensive investment unless you will use it A LOT for things like skateboard shots and the like.
Mainly as I wanna experiment, and almost all the other lenses I have access to here in the office - only things were missing is a fisheye and a tilt & shift!

hmm 15% huh? If you bought a lens of that caliber and sold it for even $200 off the retail price people would snatch it up pocketing you almost 600 just for that lens.
I have a feeling Canon has contracts and other guidelines against that you had to sign before being hired though, right? If not we need to talk ;)
