FlashLite 2.1 and Browser content Type!

Hello all,

When I am selecting FlashLite versio 2.1 and content type to Browser, I am not able to create any FLa...all the things are disabled.....may I know why this is so.....is it because no mobile device is ever launched with these settings ?

are you using CS4 device central or CS3 device central?

I am pretty sure there are devices on the market with 2.1 in the browser, but I dont think that device central truly emulates browser based content at this time.

It may be simpler to just emulate as a standalone then test in the browser on the device. The main differences will be that memory is more restricted in the browser and you may not have all fscommand2s.

I am using CS3. But please tell me the basic differences.... I can publish HTML file of my SWF so whats the difference between browser version and the HTML publish. To be frank, I think I am quite poor with the fundamentals...

Not sure I understand your question, but I think if you just export the SWF as Flash Lite 2.1 and use typical code object/embed tags you should be able to use in the phone web browser.

Oh ya...I sound a bit confused, I know :)

I will ask it other way....can you tell me what does 'Browser version' means in FlashLite ?

What does browser version means ? Can somebody please explain ?
