Another Accordion question

I am trying to make an accordion like this

I would like to set the background color of the panel header. What I tried doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

I am able to set duotone but that effects both the header and the inside of the panel.

Is there a way of controlling each piece independently.

Any help would be appreciated?

If you create your own panel skin, you have total freedom to make it look the way you want.
