Clip follow mouse on Motion Tween

Hi All

I have a blank flash movie which has a circle drawn in the middle

I then have a movie clip symbol called "star", it is basically a line drawing of a star

Within the main movie, I have the "star" snapped to the circle so that I can make a "motion tween" to rotate the star around the circle.

What I want to do, is make the "star" rotate around the circle but only doing it when the mouse cursor is being moved around the circle.

So the "star" is following the mouse cursor, but the star should remain clipped to the curcle

Does that make sensE?

Can anyone help me with a script to do this

If you see in my example, the clip called "star" rotates around a circle, basically I want to try and get this effect but moving only when the mouse moves

So if you were to move your cursor around the circle, then the clip "star" would follow the cursor, stopping where the cursor stops

Hope someone can help, im really stuck
