exporting to youtube

Im having trouble exporting my flash to youtube.
could someone give me a step by step instruction to getting my animation to look nice on youtube?

What publishing setttings are you using?

flash (.swf) type , with compress movie checked. thats pretty much it. what else should i have?

I suggest exporting to FLV since all YouTube videos are in FLV format.

theres no option to export or publish in FLV. how do i do that.

Just export as SWF, then maybe use:
