flash site - user administration

I make very simple flash only sites. Some users would like to change/add some text and pictures there. Please could you advise what is the best way to do that?

What do you mean by adding text and pictures to the sites?

I mean something like this:
I create a simple flash web site containing a photo gallery and a text column (e.g. news, info) for a client. The client needs time to time to update some photos or text there on his own, not to ask me for.
My question is: How can I do that as simplest as possible?

I assume you are using XML for the pictures and text. Simply ask your client to download a FTP client so they can upload the content to the server.
