[Help] html comment box

I just recently started up a website where I am hosting a game. And id like people to be able to make comments. Every comment box i tried with online how tos have failed. How would I make one? being able to moderate the comments or having a bot sensor (captha image required or something like that) would be nice, but right now im more curious on just how to make the box so i can get feedback. (just guest accounts, i dont need acual sign in or anything like that. just very basic).
