How to load text in textbox in .swf using action Script (flash 6.0)

Just download it at once and extract this. Please write the action script to load the chapter name in the text box in flash movie. It s round in shape from downside Below is the image link. Please help me someone. also tell the as for hoe to use that skin path to load the movie in an another .swf
