Flash Menu Customization

i have a flash menu that i would like to be customized.
The first person that PM me with a reasonable price will get the job.

Spec :

1x Level 1 Menu transparent :
I need level one menu and buttons to be transparent

2x Menu boarder:
a.I need borders on the left and right side
b.I need level 1 bottom boarder to be part of level 2 menu so it hides with level 2 menu ( see screen shot for clarification )

3x Active Menu Item Highlighted:
Obviously when you click on the flash menu the flash reloads and defaults to item number 1 I need the menu to highlight the active menu item
