Out of memory!!!

I was working on a flash animation with lots of layers and actions. I, like a real dummy, was not saving regularly. Tragically, a minute ago I got an error message that said "Adobe Flash out of memory". Now the program is frozen, and when I try to click on it, I just get a "ding". In task manager, the program shows as "running". My CU processing is low, and I can use every other program. Any ideas for how I can get back into the file or am I screwed?

i'd imagine this means flash is taking up so much memory (RAM) on your computer that there is no more left. in which case there is nothing i can do to help you...

i can suggest you try to make your animation smaller, or close any other programs you might have opened. everything helps!

as for getting the animation back, if you closed the program or it closed. then i'm sorry but its gone forever...
