Swish max 3 weird problem

Hi....i never used swish before so i have no clue about it! ( i use only flash...) but i had a client who wanted to update his swish projects and i did that for him..

however in every project there is a navigation bar...its something like a swish component that allows you to navigate through the flash animation

I uploaded all the files online i tested everything and it works fine...

when i sent the link he replied that he can see the animations and not the navigation bar! How come i can see it and he cant? We are using the same browsers by the way...

...can you provide a link? The only thing I can guess here, is that you exported the navigation bar in a different (higher) swf as the other content and your client needs to upgrade their flashplayer - Find Flash Player version
