artifacts left on screen when played as an avi movie

hi

i am having problems with artifact being left on the screen when playing in quicktime player when i export my animation as an avi movie.

any thoughts on how to sort out this problem?

using flash cs5 on mac osx 10.5.8

a bit more research has found this simple fix.....

change the flash document to 30 fps and then export at 30 fps with the automatic preference.... :)
