Basic Android App and Deployment

Can Flash CS6 really create a basic Android app, then compile the app?

I need to create an Android app that would have a main screen that has a background graphic with Touch areas that would link to other screens with graphic/text, then be able to return to previous screen. There would be several of these Touch areas that link to screens.

How is a Flash Android app deployed?

You need to have the AIR platform installed, which now with CS6 you can bundle in with the app.

You can use google play for distribution.
