Flash menu and links for website

I need someone to make a static flash navigation menu bar and link up the relevant html pages so that I can
test it's functioning. Nothing fancy, just my font with a color fade on mouse over.

I also need my logo in the top left corner as a home button / two additional flash "scroll page left" and "scroll page right" buttons (I want to use my own design for these buttons either side if possible) of the home page.

I need the flash stuff on the home page (excluding the menu and logo home ) to allow me to insert a picture
behind it.


I have all the designs and can forward a jpeg of how I want it to look.
