What are the dimensions for a project that will be exported to both iOS and Android?

Hi, Im new to flash but I just finished up the Lynda class so I'm on my way. I plan to develop a mobile app in flash, what are the correct stage dimensions for mobile ? and how about Fps? Thanks!
