OK,
I think of you ask Snib, he will tell you that I am online almost all the time and I try to answer every question that I can. I think I totally agree with him. I mean, I've been on Flash Kit a lot and I've had an answer to most every general question about Flash. If you look at my signature, you will see that I am one of the moderators of the Snibworks Forums.
So, whaddya say?

why? what experience do you have? How much time and effort are you wiling to put into this? Why you and not someone else here who have posted 10 or 20 times as many (helpfull) messages than you?

Oh and being a moderator for a small community doesn't count...

Post counts dont mean squat, its what resides within them that makes you eligible to moderate.

Definitely the Flash Newbies forum for sure. For a lot of things, I know exactly what you need to do to accomplish them. Yet, I've seen people show others ways to do things that I feel can be done in a better way.

It's not a position you apply for, if there are vacancies for mods other mods will nominate those that have been useful in those forums.
If you do a good job people will notice, just don't expect a public validation.

We keep an eye out for talent, and try to trick it into becoming a moderator...one of the best signs of good mod material really is that we need to spend lots of time convincing our victims that they should accept the position we offer. Often we need to use the old, tried but true, sack and club method of getting them into the Team room.
