Crazy Twin Experience ?

Hey everyone

Im not new to Flashkit, but I am new to this coffee lounge area and I now realize it is a good place for conversation

I was just wondering, is there any other twins here in the Flashkit community, or am I and my twin bro the only ones? (Osteel, Ostil accounts)

If so , have you ever had any crazy experiences being one, or if not, have you ever seen or known ones who have?

I would love to hear it from a fellow twin since I have never really met a twin my age or older except for myself

well me and my twin were out to dinner, and we both ordered the same thing, cept he asked for no sauce because he was allergic and instead something else on top. well turns out i got his order and he got mine cause the sauces looked the same, he died 3 hours later:(

Haha you know what I hate most about being twin (other then being one in the first place ... ok no I joke)

Is the stupid STUPID comments/questions people ask you , here are some of the worst: *Ahem*

A2 - what I really want to say

Q: Do your parents ever get you mixed up
A: Sometimes
A2: Of course not you idiot , Im 18, Im sure my parents have figured out by now which is which

Q: You guys can switch classes and do each others tests!
A: *Pretends to laugh as if its the first time he's heard it before* yea ...
A2: You idiot, think about it. Why the hell would HE write a test for ME in a class that HE wasnt taking part in in the first place ... he would just fail it even more so then I would!

Q: Do you blame things on each other?
A: .... no
A2: I know I might only be 18 .. but im not that immature

Then theres some normal questions that everyone asks that dont really bug me since its out of curiousity for example, 'are you twins' or 'whos older' that type of thing

*phew*, its a hard life I tell you

- Sorta
- Not that im aware of (but maybe thats why it twitches haha.. jokes)
- Never been out of Canada
- No ... Im scarred for life onw

Like all twins we think alot alike saying the same things alot and knowing what the other is thinking without asking.

For example, I would be thinking something in my head (song, sentence) and Mike would either hum or say the exact same thing. It used to be scary, but now were just so used to it

But the most wierdest thing to happen was that me and Mike had the exact same dream before ...

I've known quite a few twins. My favorite would have to be the Mann sisters, identical twins, sure, but Melissa was much cuter than Jessica.

I also know a guy who has a twin sister, he's been asked "Are you identical twins?"

I'm an identical twin. Heard them all.

We do think on the same level a ton, probably has more to do with growing up as best friends rather than a twin thing. Sometimes we'll meet people to go out and we'll be wearing the same thing or similar.

This is something that I just don't understand. There are two girls on campus here who are identical twins and insist on wearing the exact same outfit as each other, every day. Do identical twins lose any sense of individuality growing up, or what?

Yea I dont understand that either. When I talk to some of my friends, the sometimes mention about being a twin
And if that friend is a girl, they usually mention somewhere about how her and her twin would always dress up the same and such

Acutally we think it's funny when it happens, but would rather it not happen. Funniest part is once people meet us they think "oh man, they're the same person" but then after spending time with us think we're quite different. So individuality isn't lost, but it's funny to know that you have a duplicate running around somewhere :p

In a class last week we were in a discussion about clones or something and the teacher made a comment about what it might feel like to have a duplicate of her. So I said "no, it doesn't really feel like that." Everyone who knows my brother laughed and the teacher was just dumbfounded. I made sure not to clarify so she just sat there confused for a while.
