seriously, if you're a fan i kno u've heard of the live action movie that fox is releasing, its a tragedy, complete deviation from the actual story. so if u also think that fox is an evil corporation hellbent on raping your childhood, protest, n tell ur nerdy DB fan friends too (i mean that in the best way possible). protest here. that site also tells all the reasons y u should protest. thanx brothers of animeeshun

meh. I say let them sink a ton of money into it and ultimately fail. Besides, not too many gaijin know of that gruntfest called DBZ and Chow Yun-Fat doesn't have quite the draw like they'd hope.

seriously, i dont even understand why people try to say anybody is stronger than some of the strongest characters in DB, there must be 5 (if that) characters in anything else ever created that could destroy planets, and the fact is, the strongest characters can destroy planets at a fraction of their full power. seriously, dont say anything about who can beat a DB character, just say they can destroy galaxies and i'll agree that DB would fall to their superior destructive power. yea i kno, superman would ANNIHILATE goku... pshh, and im supposed to be the fanboy in here?
one more thing, i have no problem with anything being adapted into other mediums of entertainment, but PLEASE stay true to the source material. if it sucks, it sucks, i really dont care, cuz u can make a crappy movie out of anything, regardless of how true u stay to any source material, so that really wouldnt be a big deal.Quote:

i saw a test screening for the dbz movie last night. i liked it way better then the cartoon.

No*really - here's my opinion on DB:
I for one don't dislike the artstyle. To be honest, I found the first few DB tv shows fun to watch. however, it seemed to get more and more ridicolos, up to the point of destroying Planets and yada yada ya. To a point where it is so unrealistic that there just dosen't seem to be a point in watching it. Well, thats purley my opinion, and you should feel free to like/dislike whatever you want.
One thing - is there any chance you are from New Zealand, and if you are, from Wellington?
