Yeah, the tune is melodic, no random wobbly bass line stuff.

Yeah I guess he has a full cd he has made since all that stuff. I really want to get my hands on it.
All those on his myspace are his first tries ever at that type of music. Pretty good if you ask me for a first try...
volbeat. :thumbsup::thumbsup:
I finally got around to listening to Kanye West new album. It is a toss up. Half of it is dribble and the other half is amazing.
The new South Park with him is great!
Anyone else here like classic rock?
Currently listening to: Nothin' But a Good Time (Poison)
To be honest, Poison has a couple good songs, but the rest are re-makes.
poison is classic rock now? man i'm old.
;)
Sorry lefteye.
I'm going to see Bonnie Prince Billy in london on monday night so I've been listening to his new album alot. Also a band called the Heartless Bastards. If you like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs you should give them a listen.
If you want some heartbreaking blues try Mississippi John Hurts 'Today!' album, great songs, great guitar playing, great voice, great recording. One of my new favourite blues albums.
Been listening to a lot of Suede recently. Been years since I dusted their first album off, still awesome.
The beginning is meh but it gets really good.

Sly and the Family Stone
Listened to the new Dylan album today. Wasn't blown away but it's a solid album with what could be some great songs.
It'll need a few listens though.
I also picked up a limited Tom Waits 7" in London that has a recording from the show i was at last year. Been giving that a few spins.
You'd be proud Robb I actually dusted off my player and listened to some vinyls yesterday as I cleaned my room. Yeah I listened to all of the original Star Wars soundtrack. Amazing compositions.

hell.no.
No offense to you or Mr. Dylan, but I am so turned off by him at this point because of Rolling Stone magazine. Dylan could basically have a wet fart for 45 minutes and it becomes an 'instant classic' with '5 stars' in Rolling Stone.Quote:

Classic rock means something much different to my generation than yours.
Sorry, kiddo. Not a chance.
