Yea I think we should do it after Christmas since most people wont be around much to play chess. And those who will be might get a little impatient.

You know what, they're should be a prize. Say something like Flashkit donating one of those Flashkit Calenders to the winner of the tournament.
That way it'll motivate everyone to play and join, and we'll have a HUGE tournament :p
I think it should start after christmas - let people get a bit more practice in. And yeah, winning the calender would be nice :)
What will we do in the case of a stalemate? Count up the points?
