Point, unfortunately I don't think that it is a lack of people wanting to Volley. I think it comes down to nobody really pushing this thing to get it done from an administrative standpoint. E has been really busy, so I think this has been continually put off.

I've said my piece a million times. If this wants to get going, we need a little co-operation and a transfer of the reins. ;)

I agree, I say we just find someone to do one more to tie the first to the last and call it good. Personally, I had plenty of time when I signed up to do this, but now it looks like I'm going to be too busy to participate for the next couple of months. I would like everyone who has already gone to get to see their work put together as it was intended, though.

I'll be honest with you. I think it has long ago fallen victim to the trash can. I sent my file to E. I did a major clean up of my machine and i'm not seeing it anywhere.

Flash, the problem is E is the only one who has the volleys. We would have carried on if we could, but we can't complete the canvas without everyone's prior work. You know?
Okay, I'll be blunt: EVP, where are you? If you don't want to take responsibility for this, can you hand it off to someone else?
ok... I'm on business travel right now; however I'll state this.
Whomever is left, are they willing to commit to finishing an image. If you're not willing to provide anything in a timely manner; don't waste the time to post saying that you "might" or that you "can try"...
I need confirmed finishers. I'll be off travel this next week; and then I'll need for some people to supply some images. This is no reflection on EVP. He's had to deal with people not delivering to the point of his frustration wanting to abandon this since nobody cares enough to finish what they say they can.
I don't blame him. I'd been done the same thing - I avoided this because of the fact there is a large contingency saying "do this, do that"... but they've either already gone ahead or they've not produced a thing.
So, commit to an image, or don't. You'll have 48 hours or less once this starts back up and hopefully we'll finish something.
Just so no one is left wondering since I'm still on the list of people waiting to go, I'm unfortunately still out due to lack of time.

If you are listed and not bold, could you please confirm whether or not you would like to go. Also, as this is another state of organization, if there are any newcomers to the arena (BlueSamurai, Virgo) who would like to volley, I think we should give the opportunity to fill out the ranks.

yeah, we just need one person to go, and then we should call it a canvas. we have to wrap this up before images get lost, etc. does anyone even have all the images? because if we have to "re-collect" them from everybody, I gurantee someone will have lost theirs, which ruins the whole project.
i understand that E is busy or whatever, but he posts all the time in the lounge. he can't be too busy to send all the images to one of us, right?
i believe gerbs has a copy of all the images as well.

dude, i totally agree. i don't think anyone is going to have their feelings hurt by 'not being able to go' this round. but i can gurantee that 21 people will be bummed if they never see this thing stitched together. broken ass train indeed...they can just catch the next one. bring us home might conductor!
