Hopefully this thing is back on track. I was the first one to have MarchMadness AND the rC2 simultaniously and I managed to get it done. Let's go people!!
im so stumped. i have absolutely no idea what am I going to do for this one. its especially hard to come up with a style with the transition I was given...
i think im gonna hafta just do something really crazy and stupid...
Perhaps you should try focusing more on the crazy aspect and go a little light on the stupid.

honestly it took me 2 days to find a transistion. THat was the hardest part, the rest of the image came together after that (hopefully i did the transistion the way it should be...i had a hard time with Flashpenguins image.
This is terrible. It's taken me like three days and all I've done is made a seamless transition (as in, just blended the image to continue indefinately, as apposed to adding a change of style itself).
And I dont even have any ideas for subject. I've had a couple of ideas, but all of which I need my camera for, which i still havnt gotten back. I cant even use stocks because every stock photo site I go to either has nothing on it, or i need to put the credit of the photographer with it, or pay for it, or wait for permission to use it, etc.
So sorry about the wait everyone. Im trying my best to come up with ideas/styles/anything, and its taking me ages. and the last thing i wanted you guys to do is wait.

You on ost occasions do not have to put the credit on the image itself. If theyask for a credit, also post a link to a text file that has the artists name, and a link back to the original photo.
This on most occasions will suffice.

there are other sites... I've been directing some people over to photocase.de - it's german though.

that site is great 3p. Found a lot of the images I was after. What are the limits on the image use? Do I have to ask permission/pay royalties/give credit or is it simply just public domain photography?
I've seen the sticky on the stock resources and there are some very useful links. but most of them require some kind of permission/payment/commision that I just dont have the time/money/patience to deal with.
As for photocase.de... im sure that typing english words on a german search engine is going to come up with some interesting results to say the least... :p
I got my (crappy) digital camera back, and hopefully tomorow morning I can take some photos for my image. Because I only have one idea in mind at the moment (so constricted!) and im hoping i can get some photos to get it put together.
It should be up by the end of tomorow. Im sorry for the terrible tragedy ive turned this battle into. Im really racking my brains out and stressing to get this done. Its seriously a lot on my mind lately... :(
Dont stress so much. That may be one of the reasons you are having such a hard time.

It's finally up.
It's 100% original artwork. My own photos, 2d hand drawings and 3d images. I even made my own textures.
To be honest im dissapointed, because it looked better in my head, and took longer to make than it was worth.
Again, sorry it took so long everyone. Insirational block is a killer.
