Something New
Grand Daddy I U
so far i am loving all the songs showing up from the new eminem cd

It's way better then relapse.
im just going to try and pretend relapse never happened, it was like 1 or 2 ok to god songs surrounded by terrible.
Yeah all drug addiction this, old issues that.
Recovery seems like it's going to kill it, can't wait.
encore was pretty worthless as well. He even admits it in a song on recovery. The cd is a big apology.
i enjoyed encore way more then relapse.
I think I listened to them both once. Really liking the new stuff.

This group of videographers is amazing. They really get the mood of the live performances. They have a few of the shows I've been to and they got it exactly.
Sadly I'll be missing STS9 in 2 weeks when they come to my home grounds because I'll be in NYC for a tradeshow :(
Just finished the entire Who Is This America? album by Antibalas. It's a cool album, cool music, but I couldn't go through it again. It's a bit tiring.
Just started listening to Dan Auerbach's Keep it hid, and it sounds like it's going to be good.
I have to be honest -- I really get nothing out of this genre of music, but...after following a few links related to STS9, found this, which seems incredibly interesting:

A friend recently turned me on to Jonsi. Something immediately subversive about his music. I've since created a Jonsi station on Pandora and have found its selections to be very conducive to programming. The Submarines for example... I'd probably never blast em in the car but perfect for work.
STS9 is a very interesting band because like you have noticed they don't only go around and play music and act like rock star *******s. They do a lot of charity work and support a lot of groups out there with their tours and album releases.
I definitely want to check out that movie.
too give them one last chance try checking out one of their acoustic "unplugged" sets. Pretty good stuff. They're pretty good background music.
