1. i know what it is like to lose a loved one... i said before my STEPmom is thai.... my real mom died when i was 9 that is now 12 years ago...

2. i have delted this sentence over and over again but now it is going down....

i am flattered about the way you treat me.... no i really i am Swishy you are a man that has a heart made out of gold..... and you would cut it out to give it to someone who needs it....

i really appreciate the way you care for people even though they are online friends..... that say's a heck about you


i am a selfish man and i admit it.... i know it is bad but ....well if one day you and me are alone i could tell you why but not in here sorry..... let's just say i have seen to much to open myself up to the world....

that's is also the reason i spend ridiculous hours behind my computer...
the only thing that get's me outside is Stevie...but she has a very busy job and get's home late na d tries to get sleep.... we have been toghether for a week so you can't really say that the foandations for a relationship have been set but i know one thing......... she loves me like a brother:D:D:D:D besides beig a couple we are very ver good friends and i would say our relationship toghether is that way as well (although it is pretty intimate sometimes)

as for the smoking..... i am not going to give the excuse ""I TRIED BUT I CAN't "" but i am going to say....""i am selfish and enjoy smoking sorry! ""

You do not have to tell me why you are selfish, because I know that pain is at it's root. But please understand that in order to get rid of the underlying pain, you must first GO THROUGH IT !!! This brings up another emotion, that of fear. please do not allow pain and fear to CONTROL your life. That is not living, that is merely existing.

And I don't buy the fact that you enjoy smoking either. What you enjoy is covering up all of those old wounds in a socially acceptable manner.

Do you remember how it felt to lose your mother? I'm not asking if you remember when it happened, or how old you were, I'm asking when was the last time that you actually touched the pain that it caused you when it first happened. Did you feel loved when she died? Then why would you think that your girlfriend, or any of us, would feel love from you when we learn one day that you have left us? It's time that you stop using cigarettes as a crutch. If you had your legs injured and you needed a crutch to walk, don't you think you'd want to get rid of it, so that you could walk without it? Well then get rid of your cigarettes and the crutch that they have become. Simple as that.

i smoke because well...... i like it..... i cannot imaging myslef without my sigarettes..... i have been smoking since my 15 (actuall inhaling) and have never stopped ever since....

look i am not going to go into the things that happened with my mother...... let's just say..... i am not in loss because she is gone...... i have a great father... a very very very very good stepmother that i love a lot and i have my sister..... we might not all get along when we are in the same room toghether ..... but i don't mind that as long as everybody is happy with the life they have now i am happy for them.....

i am a guy that ask's for little and is happy and content with very little luxury......

the only luxury i have .... and i se it as a luxury.... are my sigarettes..... and Stevie who is a blessing to me.... i don't know if you encountered me when i did not know her or when i was still dreaming about her... but i have become a very happy person....

sigarrettes are not a crutch for me...... i smoke them because i want to...... i have been an alcaholic (drinking a glass of bacardi was the first thing i did when i woke up) and that was a curse....
in belgium WEED is socially accepted (well allmost ) but i am against it..... the only thing i do is sit behind my computer visit my girlfriend ...work as a dj on thrsdays and saturdays and smoke sigarettes.... week in week out..... and i know what you will say... and yes i amfraid for changes..... why change what you are happy with.....

You do not need to look very far for your answers! There are special gifts locked away inside of you that you are afraid to discover. You say that Stevie is a blessing to you, so why then don't you treat her like a blessing? I would think that you would cherish each and every moment that you can spend together with her. Why would you want to erase any of those precious moments "if" you love her? Well dying sooner than you have to is doing just that! And don't tell me that they are not a crutch, because you can not OBVIOUSLY live without them. Did you know that the companies that make cigarettes put 113 separate addictive chemicals into each cigarette that you smoke? That's what I call backing up your bet. Gee, I would think that you would resent them trying to manipulate you that way. If someone was trying to manipulate your girlfriend, you would be the first one to complain.

SwishY, I know that you are pure in heart this is why I will not take offence of this saying. But I want to give an explanation here. The people in the estern countries suffer exactly the same diseases as the people in the western contries. Yes we are well trained we know each and evry thing thing about the diseasses. In many cases we are better than any one only because we can put the correct diagoses without having the western goodies. MRI what is that an expesive procedure wildly abused world wide and most doctors forget about one simple thing: talking with the patient gives 90% correct diagnosis. We do understand the diseases and we do everything possible to fight them. Unfortunately somethimse we are helpless. If someone is to blame its always the doctor. Ive been with patients since the first year of my medical education. Ive seen people dying and doctors doing evrything to save thire lifes.Ive done this as well for more than 6 y emergency. Once after a heavy night one of the docs. turned arround and said" you know what the people outside will count only your failures. This is how they judge which doc is good which one is bad. and you will never hear thank you because this is our duty and people know that if someone is to blame thats us and I do agree with them "

I am not saying that eastern doctors are bad. I am saying that they believe that only their way of doing things is right, and that everyone else, no matter how successful, is a quack. How long did they say that chiropractors and acupuncture was a "waste of time"?

It is only in the last 4 -5 years that some of the doctors here have opened up their eyes and admitting that maybe they don't have all of the answers, and that the best approach is a mixture of both worlds. I personally know of a very well respected surgeon who had cancer. He tried all of the eastern methods to get rid of it, and it still remained. Then a friend of his showed him the incredible results that a doctor in Japan was having with his exact type of cancer. Desperate for answers, he contacted this doctor in Japan and followed his advice. It was a mixture of what I have listed above, eating a special type of mushroom, along with some mediation from yoga. He thought that it was going to be a complete waste of his time, and in fact he was teased by his fellow doctors for even trying it. 6 months later he was cancer free!!! He is a believer now.

In regards to the MRI. It is a wonderful tool. We both know however that it can not show anything related to pain. A person with a back injury could have an MRI and it would show them many things, but it would not, and could not, show the doctors how much, if any pain was involved. 5 years ago my spinal cord was severely damaged. My first surgeon was the worst excuse for a doctor that anyone has ever seen. My next door neighbors husband went to him also. He listened to my surgeon and followed everything that he said. The pain continued. Then one day he committed suicide to stop the pain. Because of this doctor I lost all faith in doctors until my attorney recommend my current surgeon. I have had many operations and epi's through him, and I can tell you that he is not only the finest doctor that I have ever met, but one of the finest human beings also. But then he is younger and more open minded. My first surgeon had to be in his 60's I'm guessing.

I guess all I'm saying is that most doctors, especially the older trained ones, are not very open minded. They are only now starting to see that the body is more than just flesh, bones and organs. It should also be stated that western doctors are not perfect either. I believe a combination of proven results should be used by both. I have the utmost respect for you and your profession. I just wish more doctors were a little bit more open minded.

I'm in absolute agreement with this. Being a reiki healer who puts their hands on someone or hovers them above to heal people is to 99% of doctors a laughable way to heal someone. But like acupunture etc... It is an ancient form of healing around 8000 years old that was rediscovered by a Japanese guy called Usui last century. It doesn't deal with the illness itself. It clears the energy buildup that caused the illness.

I know of a guy who is now himself a reiki healer who collapsed from a massive blood clot and the doctors said he'll be in a vegetative state all his life.
His wife was already a reiki healer and she gathered other healers and they brought him back. He can now do everything fine apart from run, because a piece of his brain was cut out to keep him alive, which granted the doctors had to do.

Another case is of a guy with terminal prostate cancer who was waiting to die after the doctors tried everything they knew but couldn't help him. He went to a reiki healer as a last resort. Didn't believe a word of it, but came back every week for his hourly dose and was healed.

Unfortunately these healing methods are used as a last resort after western medicine has failed people. This makes the job of the complementary therapist much harder.
If the doctors recognised all these without being ruled by the pharmecutical companies, then they could help far more people using both methods.

Although the royal college of nursing recognise it and countless Russian and American tests have proved it works, the doctors won't believe it, because the healer doesn't even need to touch the patient or even have to be in the same country. So it obviously must be placebo effect!
Acupunture even though it uses the same method by unblocking the energy blockages is more believable because something physical is used. The needles.

I know that if you take control of your energy, then you'll live a healthier life. Yoga, tai chi, qi gong are all ways of balancing your energy out properly.
As with the foods above to aid healing. Every food contains an energy which vibrates at a certain frequency. Once the correct food is found with the correct frequency to combat the illness this will help immensely.

A man I forget his name dedicated his life to discovering the frequencies of different foods and which ones healed certain illnesses (bear in mind they must being living beings to contain energy, once turned into tablets the energy is gone). When he was old he went to every pharmacutical company offering his research and his help for free.
Every company laughed in his face publically humiliating him. They were all worried that if the foods became common knowledge, their costly medicines and chemicals wouldn't be needed and they'd go bankrupt. Says alot doesn't it!

I believe by the next generation all these things will finally become common knowledge, and people won't be going to the doctors wasting their time demanding anti biotics for a common cold. Doctors can then treat cases which do require a doctor with more time to find out what is wrong and to also use complementary methods in confidence.

What needs to be drummed into them is that not too long ago, the thought of little creatures smaller than the eye can see were harming people was highly amusing to the profession!

Being a pseudo sceptic does no one any good!

But its a sword with 2 edges the ultimate choise has to be made by the patient. either follow the system,or go for the tea..One more thing SwishY I read each and evry article about cancers, not even one drug, or tea is pronounced ultimate .

I will find and post more about Beta Glucan. It has been proven that when it comes to the immune system it is ten times more effective than any drug known to man, and the best part is that unlike chemo which kills ALL cells (good and bad) Beta only starts working when, and if, it finds a bad cell. Skry thank you for posting. You made a lot of good points. I remember when this one scientist discovered that ulcers were caused by bacteria. The medical world had a good chuckle over that one didn't they, UNTIL HE WAS PROVEN RIGHT! My father had been treated over and over for 30 years with his ulcer. They told him that he would have to "live with it" because there was nothing more that they could do. Then this scientist made this discovery, and now his ulcer has completely gone away and has never returned. All I'm saying is that no one has all the answers except for our creator. We as mankind need to be more open minded when it comes to healing.

SwishY Ill be the first one to applaude any new invention which will get rid of the cancer. This is the oldes human dream...to tell ya more people die from Tuberculosis just right now and we are not so scared because we believe we have the ultimate cure..ha..we underestimated the small guys they do try to survive just like us...I would point only one diseasse JC or as you know it mad-cow...the person was said to be insane when he sugested that a non-living matter ( protein ) can couse a diseasse like this..10y latter he got the Nobel prize ( I want that :D)..things change..and the wheel of the evolution goes and goes...I do accept anything wich will improve the quolity of live...
